1. Navigate to your Dashboard:
2. Click "Bulk Enrichment"
3. Click the "Search..." field.
4. Search for materials based on description or use "Multiple material number search" to search by Material Number.
5. Click checkboxes to choose materials for bulk enrichment.
6. Click "Move Materials to Staging"
7. Click this checkbox to select all materials.
8. Click the "Select noun" field.
9. Type or select noun from drop-down.
10. Click checkmark to make noun for all selected materials.
11. If Modifiers are also all the same, type or select modifier from drop-down.
12. Click checkmark to make modifier for all selected materials.
13. Repeat the steps above for selected materials if all materials share the same attributes.
- When finished enriching shared attributes, click the highlighted checkbox to deselect all materials.
- Click the middle icon in the highlighted circle to enrich each material individually.
- Enter the attributes for this material.
17. Click "Save Changes"
- 18. Click "Next" to move to the next material from the bulk enrichment list.
19. Repeat steps 16–18 for the remaining materials in the bulk enrichment list.
- Click the "X" in the top right corner of the window when you've finished enriching materials.
21. Click this checkbox to select all materials for submission. If a material needs to be removed from the list, click the red "X" and it will be removed.
22. Click "Move Materials to Approval Queue" for submission when finished with all enrichments.
