1. Navigate to https://miliausqa.lexinsolutions.com/app/dashboard or https://miliusqa.lexinsolutions.com/app/dashboard and click "Lead Time Calculator"
2. You can sort by highest to lowest varaince or sort how you see fit
3. Click the line you wish to review
4. Upon reviewing the data click view request
5. Click "Approve" then the lead time will be updated in SAP
