1. Navigate to your Dashboard:
2. Click "ROP/ROQ Calculator".
Reminder - Prior to completing a ROP/ROQ request, the criticality and lead time should be analyzed. A criticality request should be requested and approved prior to the ROP/ROQ request to ensure inventory optimization.
3. Choose one of the below ROP/ROQ Summary options and click "View Materials" in the appropriate box.
4. Click this checkbox to choose materials to be reviewed.
5. Click "View Selected" to put materials into ROP/ROQ Calculator.
6. Click the drop-down arrow to select a different Impact of Unplanned Failure if it differs from the most recent criticality assessment.
7. Click the drop-down arrow to select a different Frequency of Failure if it differs from the most recent criticality assessment.
8. The Lead Time displayed in the Material Master Data panel is the demonstrated lead time. The ROP ROQ suggestions in the simulated are based on these Material Master Data panel values.
9. Click the "GRPT" field to change the goods receipt processing time in days if applicable. The ROP ROQ suggestions in the simulated are based on these Material Master Data panel values.
10. Click the "Unit Price" field to change the monetary value of the material if you are wanting to show a scenario with a different value.
11. After reviewing the given data (Criticality, Lead Time, GRPT, Price and Stock History), select your desired result of the four choices. Based on the impacts, the MiLi Suggested holdings will change.
12. Review and click "Submit". If applicable, choose approver to assign request to.
